They have a national network of 4000 professional personnel and a wealth of experience in assisting the design process of new housing and inspecting building work on site. All surveyors undertaking the assessment of new housing developments are subject to rigorous vetting to ensure that their work is of the highest quality.

The warranty cover is provided by MD Insurance Services Ltd a company who have ten years experience of managing and running specialist new home warranty schemes and have provided warranties to over £16 billion of developments in UK and Ireland.
